BlueFolder Software

BlueFolder is a field service management solution for small to midsize businesses that helps users manage field jobs and crew across medical, manufacturing, property maintenance and IT industry. The cloud-based solution centralizes equipment, technician and customer management tasks, including dispatch and scheduling, service requests, billing and invoicing and reporting.
Technicians can access the system through BlueFolder Mobile and recieve automated email and text alerts. Integration with Google Maps helps crew members reach customer's place at the right time. Users can also create and track equipment records for each customer and schedule regular maintenance.
The Service Request feature automatically tracks each activity and changes made to requests. The solution provides flexible scheduling and time, materials and expense tracking. The billing data can be exported into either QuickBooks or FreshBooks, reducing administrative overhead.
Other features include work order management, service CRM, equipment tracking, scheduling and assignments and customer portal. Pricing is per month. Support is offered via email and phone.
ToolTrack MES Platform

ToolTrack is a web-based manufacturing execution system (MES) designed for use in high-tech manufacturing (semiconductor, solar etc), job shops and assembly lines. Included are tools for WIP track and trace, document control, equipment tracking, preventative maintenance scheduling, inventory management, operator certification, statistical process control, and more. ToolTrack’s work in progress (WIP) module includes searchable activity histories, with full records of who performed each activity, when the activity took place and for how long, where it occurred, what was performed and what data was captured. Equipment usage can also be tracked, and users can manage their inventory, spare parts, and consumables. Operational dashboards give users an overview of a range of KPIs (key performance indicators), including yield, throughput, utilization, and cycle time. ToolTrack supports barcode scanning, reducing the need for manual data entry and associated errors. Revision management and approvals allow users control over document versions, and interactive reports can be produced ad hoc, with the ability to export and share customized reports.

On top of that, the system is priced by a quote, and you get a price specifically tailored to your business needs and requirement. So far, the system integrates with Salesforce.

Zultys offers a line of unified communications (UC) solutions and phone system equipment known as the Zultys MX Series. The solution also offers a proprietary line of IP phones that integrates with the MX systems to provide single-vendor communications environment.
