About WorkBook

WorkBook by Deltek is a system for financial and resource management for advertising, public relations or digital agencies. The platform is comprised of several main modules including project and resource management, customer relationship management (CRM), pipeline management and a built-in finance and accounting module. Key project features include Gantt charts, synchronized user calendars for scheduling and file sharing. Calendars can also be shared through a client-facing interface. CRM functionality includes weighted pipelines showing potential cash flow and pipeline/cash flow forecasting. Accounting capabilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable and several customizable financial reports. WorkBook is available worldwide as either a cloud-based or on-premise solution compatible with Mac OS and Windows systems. A mobile app for Apple iOS is also available.
