todo.vu is cloud-based project management solution offering integrated customer relationship management, project management, time tracking and billing tools. The platform is suitable for contractors, freelancers and small teams. todo.vu enables users to break projects down into tasks and subtasks. Tasks and subtasks can be categorized as personal, in-house or client-related. The solution automatically tracks the time spent on each task. Users can set multiple billing rates for different kinds of projects, and also define billable and nonbillable hours. Every todo.vu account gets its own email address that allows users and clients to exchange project details and documents using a built-in email feature. The solution syncs with iCal, Office 365 and Google Calendar to import and display deadlines and meetings on a single calendar. todo.vu is available on a per user per month subscription basis and provides support via phone and email.
