About TiaMD NuMR

TiaMD NuMR integrated virtual clinic is an all-in-one hospital management system combining the functionality of TiaMD Rapid Responz virtual telehealth software, TiaCoder charge capture, TiaCare personal health portal, and modular enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. Both cloud-based and desktop versions are available. To schedule appointments, patients can request a consultation with a specific doctor through the TiaCare mobile app, web portal, or a kiosk located in the hospital’s front office. Doctors and administrators can view and confirm appointments through the TiaMD NuMR scheduler, after which patient intake forms are automatically made available within TiaCare for patients to fill out at their convenience. Patients can also view their health records, visit history, and medications, add medication reminders, upload images of test results and prescriptions, request prescription refills, and more from both the mobile app and web portal. TiaMD Rapid Responz enables the execution of emergency protocols and remote monitoring of patients through integration with a range of wireless medical devices including blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, stethoscopes, weighing scales, thermometers, and ophthalmoscopes. Patients can call EMT teams, who locate the patient, record vitals and evaluate the patient’s condition, and connect patients with on-call doctors. Secure messaging allows users to send and receive text, audio and video messages, with encryption and HIPAA protection. TiaMD NuMR also includes the charge capture functionality of TiaCoder to capture total cost and data from patient admission through to discharge.
