SolarWinds® Mail Assure is an email security solution designed to help you stay in control and protect inbound and outbound email using collective threat intelligence, 24/7 email continuity, and long-term email archiving. Mail Assure is compatible with nearly any email service and seamlessly integrates with Office 365 to protect and archive email communications. Real-time pattern threat recognition leveraging a variety of filtering technologies includes anti-phishing and impersonation protection. Quarantine and spam reports give visibility over email flow, including options for users to release, remove, blacklist, block, or whitelist messages. SolarWinds® Mail Assure’s email archiving helps ensure a safe and searchable history of email communication and avoid the risk of losing messages or access to important email communication. Emails archived with Mail Assure are stored in the cloud and encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) for added security. Other SolarWinds® Mail Assure features include 24/7 built-in email continuity to keep email available and accessible in the case of an email server outage or local network downtime, and Office 365 integration via an easy to install Office 365 add-in.
