ShareKnowledge is a learning management system (LMS) built on Microsoft SharePoint. It allows users to store, sync and share content. Users can view assigned courses, upcoming events, calendars and individual learning paths via the homepage. Content management features let users can publish learning materials and transfer content from MS SharePoint to the system database. ShareKnowledge LMS helps users analyze corporate training methods to identify which methods are best suited to their organization. The SharePoint portal brings learner groups in contact with the organization’s day-to-day operations so that the groups can prepare industry relevant courses for employees. Built-in training reports let users see how training is progressing in their courses and what results learners are getting. Employees can store training files in their personal storage space and also share documents, PDFs and videos with teammates. The application integrates with SQL reporting services and crystal reports to connect with externally accessible databases.
