It provides staff, teachers, students and school administrators with student academic history records, enrollment management, calendars, options for paying student fees and other tools. Administrators, staff, students and teachers can all have different login portals and access to a different set of tools depending on their needs. Dashboards include summaries of information such as teacher and student attendance, metrics for the school overall, events and holidays and schedules for classes. Teachers also have access to a tool for managing different exam types, tracking subjects taught, recording grades and more. Payments to the school and fees due can be tracked using the payment module. Document management, text message notifications and special events can also be managed with SchoolTonic.
