Employees working in more than one location or department appear on multiple schedules, giving managers insight into all of a shared employee’s shifts, and ScheduleAnywhere automatically prevents overlapping shifts to ensure that no employees are double-booked.
Staffing requirements can be added into schedules by location, department, position, or shift, enabling users to flexibly monitor coverage, with automatic tracking of scheduled hours and staff members for overtime management.
Users are able to select from 1-day, 7-day, 14-day, 28-day, and 42-day schedule views, and highlight shifts in different colors to identify sick days, vacations, and other items.
Employees are notified of published schedules by SMS or email, according to their specified communications preferences.
Employee attributes including training, certifications, and skills can be tracked, with automatic alerts 90 days before licences or certifications are due to expire.
