Features include advanced menus, staff management, customized floor plans, tableside ordering, timed promotions, and more.Rezku POS enables users to build advanced menus via the backoffice portal using drag & drop, as well as add menu photos and change prices from any connected device. Time clock management features allow users to manage staff and see labour costs vs. sales. Users can customize floor plans by adding tables or bar stools, and combining tables for large parties. Custom branding and messages can be added to receipts, such as special offers or contact information.The iPad-based POS allows staff to take customer orders directly at the table, and expedite them to the kitchen with the tableside ordering feature. Menu items can be setup with unlimited modifiers, including 86 controls that automatically block items from being ordered. Users can control the look and feel of Rezku POS by customizing button colors and adding product photos. Permissions allow only managers to process refunds or comp food.The solution’s advanced features enable businesses to run daily or happy hour specials, and timed promotions. Servers can split checks and check items with a click. Offline mode allows establishments to continue working even without internet connection. Users can control taxes by item or order type, as well as fill out tax forms and reports. Detailed reports provide insights into what is selling and when, and can be downloaded into Excel or other spreadsheet platforms.
