Sleek, scalable, and easy out-of-the-box setup

Description: The MS Dynamics CRM transformed my business cloud platform for the better by simplifying complex data into actionable info. With its seamless out-of-the-box setup, I could analyze data efficiently without any busywork. Instead of managing sales and hard numbers by hand, I had a single interface where I could overview my sales campaign(s) and manage trends based on vital metrics. For my medium-sized business team, the all-in-one dashboard broke down endless hours of manual analysis into a couple minutes.
Pros: I loved that I could view management activity in real-time and manage invoices and quotes super easily. Additionally, I was able to export data to Excel and archive it for business history.
Cons: For novice business managers, the interface can be a little tricky and overwhelming to get the hang of. However, after several days, it proved to be effortless.

Low cost, customizable management with unmatched simplicity

Description: For the previous two years, our mid-level company had been using traditional cloud management platforms with basic features. However, with business development came a larger need for more advanced analytics and customer management tools. MS Dynamics filled this management gap with its unmatched service, campaign, and lead management features.
Pros: Although the software is optimized for mid-market businesses, it’s also perfect for smaller businesses looking to expand into the future.
Cons: Like any piece of software, there’s a learning curve, and various businesses will be on distinct levels of that curve. As a result, user training takes around ~3 days.
