Miradore Online is a cloud-based mobile device management (MDM) solution for use with smartphones and tablets running Android, iOS, or Windows. The system is designed for small and midsize businesses, healthcare companies, and service providers.Miradore Online allows users to secure, manage, and control their iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices. Devices and data can be secured with passcodes, device encryption, and remote locking. If a device is lost or stolen, it can be remotely wiped to remove all data stored in the device memory, and for iOS devices users can enable Lost Mode, which locks the device and displays a custom message on the lock screen, including a contact number. For Android devices, Miradore Online allows users to remotely trigger the device’s alarm sound to assist in locating lost devices. Miradore Online allows users to track the location of all devices, and view information including longitude and latitude, zip code, street address, city, and country. Email, WiFi, and VPN settings can be configured, and restrictions on data roaming, web content, and app availability can be set. On iOS devices, users can blacklist and whitelist specific URLs to restrict access to web pages, and a single-app kiosk mode can be enabled for iOS devices and Samsung devices running Android. Various business policies can be enforced, with remote deployment of applications, configuration profiles, and files. Inventory data is also collected, including installed applications, network data usage, hardware, and security details.
