Users will be able to find out if they need to hire new employees due to resignations, terminations, or retirements and submit talent request forms for approval. They can also set schedules for interviews and prepare digital evaluation sheets. The talent acquisition system enables users to shortlist candidates by applying filters. To determine if the training programs are effective, the software makes it possible for users to evaluate the employees who attended the training sessions and determine if the learning and training programs have a positive impact on them. MiHCM provides users with the capability to systematically and comprehensively monitor, measure, evaluate, and manage the performance of their employees. Using configurable templates, they can set the specific goals employees should achieve, determine employees’ levels of competency, evaluate if employees are aligned with the culture and values of the company and spot underperforming employees. The software also supports the collection of feedback from supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates and even performs feedback analysis to make each feedback easier to understand.
