About Menumiz

Menumiz is a restaurant management app that harnesses the power of mobile to speed up restaurant services from taking orders, sending kitchen instructions to accepting payments, and more. This helps restaurants to operate at an optimal level, deliver quality service to their diners, and get paid effortlessly. Currently, the supported countries are Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Menumiz offers features like managing table-side orders, inventory, payment and billing, discount coupons, floor management, and other traditional POS/EPOS functions. This app, however, sets itself apart with its modern features like creating your own digital menu that customers can access from their smartphones. Customers can also order directly from their mobile devices using the digital menu. This can be done by printing out a QR code and placing them at every table. Customers just have to download the Menumiz app, register, and then scan the QR code. Once scanned successfully, they will be able to access a web-based portal that displays available food items, services, and more. The customer-facing app offers easy payment options, such as the traditional pay-at-the-cashier and the more convenient pay-by-app option. Pay-by-app, however, is not always available and depends on the restaurant’s payment policy. Restaurants that offer pay-by-app option, however, allow their customers to pay directly through the app.

Bills are sent to customers through email and in the app order history for easy retrieval and access. An option to add tip is also available and will show before completing the payment.
