Key Skills

Minimum of Five years of relevant experience (as a manager).

Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, or related field a plus.

Fundamental knowledge of Web development, more advanced knowledge a plus.

Competence and experience with content management systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively build rapport with multiple teams.

Job Description

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

Design, build and maintain strong social media presence.

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Operational Management and Methodology

A team will adhere to the Operational Management Methodology being followed at client’s place. The tasks allocated will be performed based on effort/time estimation as agreed by the client.

The tools used for supporting the tasks/projects or IPC or Operations has to be provided by the client.

The reports will be shared on Daily/weekly/monthly basis covering the status of the task/update or IPC report. The frequency of reporting will be discussed and agreed from time to time with the client.
