Lanteria HR is a modular human resources (HR) management solution for SharePoint which is designed to assist users in automating HR processes in areas such as recruiting, performance management, time and attendance tracking, and learning management. Lanteria’s Core HR module enables users to store company information in a centralized database, including company and employee documents, certificates, and job contracts. Organization charts, which update in real time as data is changed, can be created and used to visualize the company’s structure and understand its requirements. HR processes can be designed and customized to suit existing company workflows, and tracked with notifications, tasks, and forms. Employee compensation, including base pay, benefits, and bonuses can also be managed. With the Time and Attendance module, users can establish company-wide rules and policies for time off, with automated calculations of accrued hours and current balances, and the ability to create multiple absence plans to be used in different locations and for different employees. Approval workflows can be set up, enabling employees to request leave online, and have managers also respond to requests online. A global absences calendar allows users to view who is out of the office at any time, track absence statistics in real time, and generate reports on absences, leave balances, and accruals. Lanteria’s Performance management module allows users to create custom forms for evaluations and reviews, create employee career paths and align these with organizational goals using graphical dashboards, and analyze performance across the whole company. The Learning management module enables users to create structured learning catalogs, plan the training process and track employee progress, equip organizations with E-Learning courses (SCORM), video, documents, quizzes and web links to achieve their training goals, track employee certifications, and report on all learning activity.
