Kapta allows users to manage accounts pragmatically, as customer needs change, keeping the relationship focused on those customers by improving the metrics that matter to them. Kapta creates and exports a variety of customizable reports featuring up-to-the minute analytics. Report generation is an automated process, as is report delivery. This feature of Kapta is built around creating a feeling of partnership with key customers, and it achieves this by keeping the lines of communication and interaction always open. Kapta comes in three versions, each aimed at a different type of organization. Kapta Individual gives a user the ability to manage up to ten customer accounts. Kapta Team allows five users to mange up to 50 customer accounts. Kapta Enterprise supports up to 25 users and 250 customers. The most feature-rich version, Kapta Premium supports more than 250 users and customers and adds Salesforce integration and a customizable API. All Kapta versions offer online support and the Individual and Premium subscriptions offer phone help.
