About EmploTime

EmploTime is a cloud-based time and attendance solution designed for used by mobile devices and suits small businesses across various industry verticals relying primarily on shift work. Employees can clock into and out of work by accessing the solution, once downloaded on a mobile device. EmploTime automatically syncs to an employee’s current time zone that helps manage time-tracking for companies that operate in multiple time zones. Managers and business owners can access the EmploTime Admin Portal either on their mobile device or through their computer. From the dashboard, administrators can view who is currently on the clock, add new employees and run reports to see how much time each employee has worked over a given time period. Employers can also print and export these reports to PDF, Excel or Word. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and FAQs.

The optional buddy punch lockout requires all employees to enter a personal 4-digit pin code when clocking in and out to prevent employees clocking each other in or out.

The geolocation feature automatically records the location of employees when they clock out, providing accurate punch locations to managers and administrators.

Employees can provide short job descriptions when clocking out, allowing managers to track time spent on specific projects.

Daily and weekly overtime reports are automatically generated in a print-friendly format.

Multiple clocking can be enabled, allowing employees to clock in and out multiple times a day, and giving managers a full overview of employee breaks in addition to the overall hours worked.
