About eloomi

Eloomi is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) suitable for large and midsize businesses across all industries. The features of the solution include learning and performance management, course building and report generation. Managers can track employee progress against key performance indicators (KPI), rate employee progress and offer them online coaching. Training history logs are maintained for performance reviews. Data collected is searchable and can be combined into customized overviews on an individual or company-wide level. Eloomi also offers onboarding and compliance training, a course builder module, an Authoring tool, and gamified learning. Courses can be taken in a classroom setting or via webinar, and a self-tracking feature enables staff to monitor their own progress. Instructional videos are integrated into the platform, and support is available via phone and email. Eloomi is available on a subscription basis and is priced per user per month that includes support via an online helpdesk and email.
