EasySignup is an attendee signup and registration solution that allows organizers to create, market and distribute tickets to any variety or event, meetup, show, party or conference and all handled within a secured, online platform.
Among the customizable options, event organizers can define basic company information and contact details for display on the signup page, using personalized branding with logos etc, while EasySignup also allows a choice of multiple languages and currencies to be used.
Invites and reminders can be sent out via email or SMS with contact address importing possible from Excel spreadsheet, messages personalized with mail merge, along with the ability to publicize events via LinkedIn, Google+ and Facebook.
Pricing plans include a free full trial (first event free), a Basic solution paid per attendee, an Extended solution with a flat-rate subscription paid monthly or annually, while a Sponsor solution is available for associations and non-profit organizations.
Hosting features also support event organizers with the ability to print attendee lists, name tags, and table place cards with customizable corporate branding.
