Conversations can be transferred between agents, with typing indicators to show when another user is responding to the conversation.
If a visitor hasn’t seen a messaged within 15 minutes, Drift emails them the full conversation, with the ability to respond later.
Targeted messages can be sent out to different groups, based on URL, scroll percentage, or defined segments.
