About BoardPAC

BoardPAC is a web-based board management solution which allows board members to view upcoming meetings and agendas, view and annotate documents, share comments, vote, and approve or reject decisions electronically through a native app for iPad. The software is suitable for board directors, CEOs and other C-level executives, senior management, and company secretaries across large corporations. When users login to BoardPAC, they are presented with a dashboard displaying upcoming meetings, shared documents, and news. Once a meeting is selected, users can view the meeting agenda and a list of participants. All scheduled meetings for the upcoming twelve months can be viewed in the system calendars and a list view. Documents can be stored electronically in BoardPAC, allowing users to view and annotate documents on their iPad. Text can be highlighted and a pen tool lets users draw directly on the document. Comments can also be added and shared with organizers or other participants, with the ability to select individual or all participants as recipients. Annotated documents can be shared with other participants, and users can carry out voting to reject or approve decisions. Past papers are archived and can be searched for using dates, meeting categories, keywords, and more.
