BoardDocs Pro is a comprehensive board management solution, offering tools that help in agenda planning, conducting meetings, organizing content and setting mandatory policies for meetings. The homepage or meeting dashboard displays the schedules for upcoming meetings. The meeting area contains essential information such as support content, discussion points and meeting minutes. Users can download and export meeting documents in various formats or can even directly print information if required. BoardDocs' built-in notepad feature allows members to make annotations during meetings, which can be kept private or can be shared with the entire board.
BoardDocs LT is a lite version of BoardDocs Pro, suitable for startups and small businesses looking for a paperless meeting solution with more basic features.
BoardDocs Plus is an extension to BoardDocs Pro wherein each governing body in the organization can set up separate confidential meetings with restricted administrative access, usually required by midsize and enterprise level organizations.
Other features include a content library to store meeting content in organized categories, role-based data access permissions on the basis of business role, context sensitive search to find content using associated tags, keywords and website integrations.
