About BindHQ

BindHQ is a cloud-based insurance agency management system from Owsy, designed to be used by financial professionals, insurance distributors, program managers, and managing general agents (MGAs) who are focused on P&C (property and casualty), personal lines, and professional liability insurance. The software can be used to manage invoices, payments, policies, user rights and access permissions, reporting, and more. BindHQ offers 200GB of file storage space, allowing users to upload documents, PDFs, images, videos, and more, and share these with their colleagues. With email client integration, users can access their inbox from within BindHQ’s interface and either email files to their own custom email address, or drag-and-drop documents to upload them into the system. Any activities which are performed on files are recorded, generating a complete audit trail. Documents can also be tagged to streamline retrieval at a later date. Each employee can view their own customized dashboard in BindHQ, which gives them an overview of their personal tasks, current revenue trends, and any important company-wide information. Alerts are generated automatically to remind users to complete high priority tasks, renewals, or marketing activities. Reports on compliance, geographic activity, sales efficiency, and more can also be created.
