Photos can also be taken and uploaded into the forms, with all pictures automatically appearing beneath the related question in both the form and the audit report. Score scales can be customized in audits.io to suit different audit types, and users can also define the ranges of score categories. Recurring comments can be structured as notices in the audit forms, enabling users to select the relevant comment rather than manually entering it in the text field. This also enables users to track which notice types generate the most followups. Reports are automatically created, and users can view statistics on the admin dashboard to compare sites, discover trends, and identify any deviations or outliers.
