AscentERP is a complete sales order, shop floor and inventory management software that is designed for the manufacturing and production industries. The solution provides advanced production features to help you avoid costly inventory mistakes. Ascent Item Master forms the core component of AscentERP. The features included in this module provide a centralized repository for all item and product related information. You can track items by serial numbers and lots, create item attributes, and produce multi-level Bill of Materials.The software also provides complete visibility into resource bottlenecks and constraints, as well as human and machine resource related costs. Through its integration with Salesforce, AscentERP provides the ability to convert opportunities to quotes, and then to sales orders. You can create multiple quotes for one opportunity, and create customized quotes through Ascent's partnership with Conga Composer. Ascent's sales order module provides tractability for shipped orders, as well as the ability to manage drop ship or blanket orders. Handheld mobile scanning devices further help to streamline the sales order fulfillment process. Through AscentERP, you can also create, receive, allocate and confirm purchase orders. The Ascent Production Work Order module allows you to track labor costs and production time, track assets at component level, and set task and performance parameters. The software also provides a complex Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) module to help customer reps provide a more streamlined service for both the Sales Oder line and Purchase Order line. Shipping and postal service integrations with services such as FedEx, along with accounting integrations with Financial Force, QuickBooks and Intacct, allow Ascent to provide greater product tracking and cost management.
