ApplicantPro also helps users create and manage a careers website with no IT involvement. Its screening portal screens applicants based on criteria set by the organization. ApplicantPRO tracks all of this information, which can then be analyzed in real time through a variety of HR metrics and customizable reports. It offers subscription-based pricing that’s variable by the size of the organization, rather than the number of logins.
