AdaCare is a cloud-based home care scheduling system. Features include smart scheduling, marketing, client & staff management, EVV clock in & out by telephone or GPS, digital signatures, billing and payroll tools, care plans & ADLs, a staff portal, and unlimited customer training & support. AdaCare’s scheduling considers skills, geographic zones, and the client’s home environment to suggest the best available caregivers. AdaCare keeps track of staff records in one place with names, addresses, telephone numbers, email, CEUs, and work history. AdaCare tracks skills and checklists for new employees, and alerts managers before staff licenses expire. Each day, schedules are sent to caregivers and nurses for the following day. Managers are notified by text message if staff are late clocking in for any visit. AdaCare’s nursing features track allergies, diet restrictions, medical conditions, and physicians. Each care plan documents goals for care, ADL assessments, and tasks caregivers provide for their clients. Users can access AdaCare from any PC, Mac, iPad, or smartphone with an Internet connection.
